Meet the face
behind the posts

Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Philippa, founder of

Elevating Grace, and my passion

is helping people like you grow

into who they’re truly meant to

be—authentically, confidently,

and on your own terms.

My career has taught me that

success isn’t always about being

the loudest, aggressive or the

most outgoing person in the

room; it’s about showing up

with integrity, knowing your strengths, and navigating life’s challenges with resilience and respect. At the age of 31, I reached the role of Vice President in the corporate world, and each step taught me invaluable lessons about ambition, leadership, and staying grounded.

This journey has shown me that we don’t have to be seen as dragons in this world to make an impact. True strength doesn’t require aggression; it can be about rising gracefully whilst fierce, and staying aligned with who we are, even in a fast-paced, competitive environment. That’s why I created this space—to share the tools, insights, and strategies that have made a difference in my experience and that I believe can help you find your own stride. Whether it’s learning to navigate difficult conversations with confidence, setting boundaries, embracing your strengths, or balancing work and personal life while growing in your career, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Through Elevating Grace, I aim to empower you with resources and perspectives that feel real, inspiring, and actionable. Here’s to building a fulfilling life and career that doesn’t just look successful but feels aligned with who you are at your core. Let’s grow together—with grace, purpose, and a commitment to staying true to ourselves. Thank you for being here—I’m excited for the journey ahead!
